Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 4-15 business days after your order is submitted to us. 

Shipping Time

Shipping take place after processing time.

Usually within 3-9 business days (standard shipping) after processing your order.

1-2 business days for express shipping

This time frame does not include processing time.

Orders are NOT shipped/processed during the weekends & holidays; it will be followed the next business day.

Delays/Lost or Stolen packages

During sales period & holidays some additional delays may occur.

We are NOT responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

We will Not give a Refund or Replace any lost or stolen items. If you cannot be home upon receiving your package please contact the shipping carrier.

All packages are required for a signature.

Please be advised that your billing address have to be the same as your shipping address.

Make sure you’re entering on the correct billing address that’s associated with your credit card- bank card - PayPal or any payment processor account.

We reserved the right to cancel your order if the addresses don’t match.

Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the Police.
