Shipping Policy

We utilize Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 4-15 business days after your order is submitted to us. 

Shipping Time

Shipping take place after processing time.
Usually within:
  • 3-10 business days (standard shipping time) after processing your order.

This delivery time frame is an estimation and it does not include processing time.

The shipping carrier does not guaranty that your package will be delivered on this time frame.

Orders are NOT shipped/processed during the weekends & holidays; it will be followed the next business day.

Shipping may delay due to Covid.

An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 15 business days after purchasing your goods, please contact us at info@divinetouchboutique.com

 

Delays/Lost or Stolen packages

During sales period & holidays some additional delays may occur.

Please be aware that once your order has left our warehouse we are NO Longer responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

We will Not give a Refund or Replace any damaged lost or stolen items. If you cannot be home upon receiving your package please contact the shipping carrier.

All packages are required for a signature.

Please be advised that your billing address have to be the same as your shipping address.

Make sure you’re entering on the correct billing address that’s associated with your credit card- bank card - PayPal or any payment processor account.

We reserved the right to cancel your order if the addresses don’t match.

Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the Police.
