All products are final sale.

No refunds or exchanges. 

Due to Covid & the nature of our products: hair extensions, accessories & all hair care products, Refunds & Exchanges will not be issued.

Unfortunately, for sanitary purposes, the products sold on this website can not be resold after been worn or handled by buyers.

Therefore, we do not accept refunds nor exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
Any fraud chargebacks will be reported back to you and you will be charged a fee.

 

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return (manufactured damage\defective products or wrong item ONLY), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return due to receiving a manufacture defective or wrong item ONLY, you can contact us at Info@divinetouchboutique.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping for your return items.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations

We DO NOT accept cancellation on orders.
