However, to guarantee the longevity of your hair, avoid damage & dryness, we
highly suggest avoiding using heat or any type of harsh chemicals that will alter the cuticles of the hair.

Please seek professional (colourist) help to dye, bleach the hair.

We highly recommend using a heat protectant before applying any kind of heat to the hair. Try to keep the temperature as low as possible.

Keep in mind that our hair was carefully chosen to be worn in its
natural state to ensure longevity.

Nevertheless, our hair can last up to one year or more with great
care & maintenance.

Yes, you can wash the hair. We suggest co-washing the hair once a week or whenever you feel there is product built up. We recommend washing the hair using alcohol – parabens free shampoo.

It is best to use a deep conditioner on the hair, once a week or anytime you wash the hair, to prevent dryness & breakage.

We advise using your fingers to detangle the hair to preserve &
ensure longevity. If you want to use a tool while detangling the hair, we recommend using a detangling brush. Make sure the hair is wet.

Remember to detangle starting from the ends working your way up to the roots.

Yes, the hair is 100% human hair. It can be dyed or colored. We recommend professional (colourist/hairstylist) assistance to get it done.

The hair was selected to be worn in its natural state to ensure
longevity.

To protect the hair cuticles & ensure longevity, we suggest using heatless curling methods such as hair rods, bantu knots or overnight braids, to curl the hair extensions or wigs.

Depending on the items, all orders are processed within 4-15 business days after your order is submitted to us. 

We utilize Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

For an average head size, here is our recommendations for a full head:

8 inches - 14 inches: 2 or more bundles required.

16 inches - 22 inches: 3 or more bundles required.

24 inches -28 inches-4 or more bundles required.

For a small to an average head size, here is our recommendations:

Depending on the look you are aiming for, we suggest two sets for volume & a full look.

1 set will cover half of your head.

2 sets will cover your entire head.

To measure the length of the hair, make sure you pull the strands straight.
Afro textured hair is known for shrinkage.
